My building is well located in central Whitchurch, accessible but quiet. The workshop room is warm and spacious with fold up chairs and a kitchenette.

• central heating with 3 radiators making it very warm and easy to heat

• small bathroom with sink and toilet to the side of the kitchenette

Location

It is a minute away from Whitchurch high street, a 5-10 minute walk from the bus station and 15 minutes’ walk from the train station, which links directly to Shrewsbury, Nantwich, Liverpool and Manchester.

There is a car park a few metres from the building which is 40p per hour, or the Smithfield Shopping Centre offers 1 hour free parking a 5 minute walk away.
