As woman, our own wellbeing often gets forgotten in the busyness of daily life and in taking care of the needs of others.

If you recognise this then this workshop is for you!

By attending you receive:

  • space to slow down

  • a chance to connect with the heart

  • time to explore what helps you to feel good in body, mind and soul

  • at least one stretch or relaxation exercise you can practise at home every day to nourish your wellbeing.

The session includes massage and wellbeing tips you can use in every day life, optional hand massage exchange with a partner and gentle movement exercises to help you to feel at ease in your body.

For women at any stage of life.
