Join me for this fun and relaxed half day workshop to learn the basics of how to give and receive massage, and self-massage techniques you can use at home.
While it may seem daunting to give a massage to someone you love, the good news is that massage can be simple and straightforward, and everyone can do it. You can also use it for your own wellbeing and there are many self-massage techniques you can use to ease your aches and pains and help your mind to let go.
I’m keeping the group small and intimate, so there’s plenty of time to ask questions, share your experience and receive individual feedback.
No previous experience required, this workshop is open to all.
